We ask that Community Groups apply only for dates you will be using. If your group needs to make a change to your permit, please send a note through the ‘Discussion Area’ of the applicable permit.  Alterations and cancellations to permits, once approved, carry a non-refundable permit fee and are subject to additional charges.  Be sure to review the Community Use of Schools Fees for permit cancellations and alteration fees.

Due to Inclement Weather:

Evening permits are cancelled when schools have been closed during the day due to inclement weather, or for any other reason beyond the control of the Waterloo catholic District School Board. If the school board is cancelling school due to inclement weather please listen to the area radio stations, call Facility Rentals or check the cancellation button on the WCDSB website home page –

If the weather in the afternoon warrants the closure of our facilities, we will make that announcement on the local radio stations.  A recorded message will also be placed on our Facility Rentals phone (519 578-3677 X 2376).  An e-mail will be sent to you from our software when we have cancelled your booking due to school closures.

If a group is cancelling due to inclement weather, please call WCDSB Community Use of Schools (519 578-3677 X 2376) before 2:30 pm Monday to Friday.  For weekend Use, please the After Hours Answering Service – 519-749-3869 before 7am to cancel your rental due to inclement weather to avoid any applicable charges.
